From August 7 to 11, the "Smart Connection Core Power-2023 Semiconductor Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Teacher Training" was held in Pinghu, Zhejiang. Teachers from over 20 institutions participated, focusing on national IC industry strategy, meeting regional needs, offering paths for digital talent development and capability transformation, and "post-course-competition-research integration" results.

This training program is based on intelligent and digital manufacturing scenarios in the semiconductor industry. It focuses on course content and planning for integrated circuits, industrial internet-related chip packaging processes, and industrial internet technology applications, using theoretical teaching plus practical production line/equipment operation to expand teaching capabilities.

In chip packaging and industrial internet smart manufacturing courses, expert lecturers from Hanschekte and GETECH conducted training on MEMS chip packaging and testing processes, industrial internet platform tools, lean production, digital twins, and teaching resources, focusing on the semiconductor industry's smart manufacturing framework. Their expertise, knowledge, and presentation skills were highly praised.

Additionally, Dr. Axel Sikora from IEEE and the German Hanschekte Research Institute gave keynote speeches on German IC courses and the dual system, introducing Germany's vocational education system and providing ideas for international cooperation. GETECH's education team spoke on "Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Internet Education from a Global Perspective" and "Semiconductors and Vocational Education," sharing their strategy and latest R&D achievements.
